- Preparation of the annual building fund settlements (statement of income and expenditure)

- The conclusion, termination and monitoring, on behalf of the Community, of maintenance, supplier, insurance and service contracts
- Technical control of the common property by regular inspection – in cooperation with the caretaker of the property
