Not only do we provide all legally prescribed services just as reliably as we maintain communication with the advisory boards and owners, but with our competent team we also represent added value for your residential complex. In doing so, we always keep an eye on both committed owner-occupiers and calculating investors.

Our long-standing, experienced employees are experts in condominium law and handle all the tasks that arise in connection with your association of owners on a daily basis:

  • Management of communal property
  • Preparation and holding of owners’ meetings
  • Management of community funds
  • Preparation of the annual economic plan
  • Preparation of the annual building fund settlements (statement of income and expenditure)
  • Consulting and awarding of contracts for maintenance and repair measures
  • The conclusion, termination and monitoring, on behalf of the Community, of maintenance, supplier, insurance and service contracts
  • Technical control of the common property by regular inspection – in cooperation with the caretaker of the property
  • Accounting and invoice control
  • General administration (phone traffic and correspondence with authorities, owners, craftsmen)
